Community Art Day

Enjoy an art-filled day in the garden and museum studio classrooms. Hands-on art stations, artist demonstrations and other fun activities. Learn all about the upcoming year's classes, workshops and events.

Celebrate and learn more about the customs and traditions of this special holiday. Free hands-on art activities, musical performances and refreshments will be provided.  All ages welcome.

Join members of the VFW and American Legion at this special Veterans Community Art Day.  Drop in for a free come and go celebration of Patriotism, honoring our veterans and revisiting nostalgic memories for all ages. Hands-on art stations, treats and live music.

 

First Responders Day

Oct 7 • 11am-3pm

All Permian Basin First Responders are invited to bring their families to a private First Responders Day which will include special access to the Ground Zero 360 exhibition, family activities, food and drink, and live music. This event is free of charge.

 

Art Tales

Join us in the Ellen Noël Art Museum's Art Haus for a story & art activity geared for children 3-5 and their grown-ups.  Art Tales alternates weekly between the Ellen Noël Art Museum and spaces in the community.

Adventures in Art

Monthly classes of Art History, Art Appreciation & a Studio Art experience for children ages 6-12. Most classes begin with a gallery walk of a current exhibit. Cost is $18-20 per class with registration in advance only. Poetry Night

Join us for a night of poetry about loss, moderated by UTPB Associate Professor, Jason Lagapa. Prof Lagapa will also present a brief lecture on 9/11 and the sublime.

 

Folk Art Flag Workshop

Oct 26 • 6pm 

Learn how to begin a small folk art flag project using simple applique and hand-stitching techniques. Appropriate for ages 13 and up or can be done as a family activity. All fabric and supplies provided. $5.00 per kit (registration in advance, please)

Freedom Tree Planting Ceremony

Nov 16 • 5:30pm • In honor of those who have served our community and lost their lives, we will be hosting a special Freedom Tree Planting Ceremony. Thank you to all the ENAM Connoisseur Members that helped sponsor this memorial. Snacks and hot chocolate will be served following the planting ceremony. 
Children under 12 are able to participate in our Kids Freedom Tree Art Competition and draw their version of how a tree could represent freedom. Selected winning design will be chosen to be printed on t-shirts. Designs can be submitted to Annie Stanley by November 1.
